1. Reservations & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A valid driving license and credit/debit card may be required. Prices may vary depending on car type, duration, and season.

2. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were delivered. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.

3. Insurance
Our rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased for extra protection. Please read our full insurance terms before booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start are refundable. Later cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

5. Liability
CAVVALO is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, traffic, or weather. We reserve the right to cancel or change bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
